Riggkompatibilitet¶
SIMRIG SR1-, SR2- och SR3-rörelsesystemen kan monteras på många olika riggar. Vi erbjuder färdiga lösningar för aluminiumextrusioner i flera olika storlekar. Dock kan även andra typer av riggar vara kompatibla.
Kontakta oss för att fråga om din rigg, eller slå upp den i listan över kända riggar längst ner på den här sidan.
Detta är saker att tänka på oavsett riggkonstruktion:
Den totala vikten får inte överstiga 175 kg för SR1 (inklusive förare, rigg och alla tillbehör), 225 kg för SR2 och 250 kg för SR3
Mindre vikt är bättre (högre massa innebär högre tröghet)
Riggen måste vara tillräckligt robust för att hantera krafterna som genereras av rörelsesystemet
Maximal bredd är 620 mm om inte EasyBrackets används (se bilden nedan)

Riggar baserade på aluminiumextrusion¶
Vi erbjuder färdiga lösningar för aluminiumextrusioner i följande storlekar. De flesta av dessa är extruderade aluminiumprofiler med 8 mm spår.
Utöver storleken är det profilens sidor som är viktiga. EasyBrackets klämmer fast på plana ytor med åtkomliga sidospår, så en rundad profil, eller en med släta sidor och spår endast på ovansidan, fungerar endast med 20x20-alternativet. Det gäller för 40x80 mm och 1.5x4.5 tum; en profil med släta sidor i 40x120 eller 40x160 mm passar inget av alternativen.

Rörformade ramriggar och andra typer¶
Svetsade stålrörsramar har inga spår att bulta i och kräver en anpassad bedömning. Kontakta oss för att fråga om din rigg.
Fällbara ramar och kart-liknande låga chassin är inte lämpliga för rörelsesystemet.
Konverteringskit¶
Vissa riggar har ett färdigt svar: ett konverteringskit som anpassar riggen för att montera rörelsesystemet. Varje kit passar exakt till sin rigg, så inga riggmått behövs.
ClubSport GT conversion kit, för Fanatec ClubSport GT. Det innehåller tre 80x40-extrusioner som monteras under cockpiten, EasyBrackets samt all nödvändig hårdvara.
Trak Racer conversion kit, för Trak Racer Alpine Racing TRX och TR8 Pro. Deras rörchassi erbjuder ingen extrusionsyta för de generiska fästena, så kitet levereras med förmonterade EasyBrackets och ett set aluminiumprofiler kapade för ändamålet.
Monteringsalternativ¶
Vi erbjuder två alternativ för att montera rörelsesystemet på din rigg:
Set med fyra 20x20-profiler
Set med fyra EasyBrackets
EasyBrackets möjliggör snabbare installation, men profilerna är mer kostnadseffektiva och fungerar för mindre riggar, som de med 40x40-profiler.
20x20-profiler¶
SIMRIG SR2 på bilden nedan är monterad på en 40x80-rigg av aluminiumextrusion med hjälp av två 20x20x780 mm-profiler. Profilerna fästs på riggen med vinkelbeslag, T-muttrar och bultar.
Profilerna är 780 mm långa; därav riggbreddsbegränsningen på 620 mm. För en bredare rigg finns de svarta profilerna även i en 880 mm-kapning — Trak Racer S-serien monteras på detta sätt.
Fyra 20x20-profiler och fyra plastfästen krävs för att fästa SIMRIG-rörelsesystemet på en aluminiumrigg. Dessa ingår om monteringsalternativet 20x20 väljs.
De fyra 20x20-profilerna monteras i par. Två framtill på riggen och två baktill. Varje par håller två SIMRIG-aktuatorer.
Plastfästena är utformade för att fästas på en specifik extrusionsstorlek. Olika riggar är baserade på olika extrusioner och kräver därför ett matchande fäste. Fästen för din valda extrusion ingår i lådan.

Profilerna finns i både silver och svart för att matcha din rigg.
20x20-profiler är det enda alternativet för 40x40 mm-riggar. De är också ett bra alternativ för mindre robusta riggar, eftersom 20x20-profilerna bildar en bas som din rigg monteras på.
EasyBrackets¶
EasyBrackets introducerades 2024 som ett snabbare sätt att installera SIMRIG SR1-, SR2- och SR3-rörelsesystem. EasyBrackets är ett set med fyra aluminiumkonsoler som levereras förmonterade på aktuatorerna. De gör att aktuatorerna kan bultas fast på riggens sidor.

EasyBrackets är svarta för att matcha aktuatorerna.
EasyBrackets är inte kompatibla med 40x40-riggar.
