Rig-Kompatibilität¶
Die SIMRIG SR1-, SR2- und SR3-Bewegungssysteme können an vielen verschiedenen Rigs montiert werden. Wir bieten Lösungen von der Stange für Aluminiumprofile in einer Vielzahl von Größen an. Allerdings könnten auch andere Rig-Typen kompatibel sein.
Kontaktieren Sie uns, um sich nach Ihrem Rig zu erkundigen, oder suchen Sie es in der Liste bekannter Rigs am Ende dieser Seite.
Folgende Punkte sind unabhängig von der Rig-Konstruktion zu beachten:
Das Gesamtgewicht darf 175 kg für SR1 (einschließlich Fahrer, Rig und aller Zubehörteile), 225 kg für SR2 und 250 kg für SR3 nicht überschreiten
Weniger Gewicht ist besser (höhere Masse bedeutet höhere Trägheit)
Das Rig muss stabil genug sein, um die vom Bewegungssystem erzeugten Kräfte zu bewältigen
Maximale Breite beträgt 620 mm, es sei denn, EasyBrackets werden verwendet (siehe Bild unten)

Rigs auf Basis von Aluminiumprofilen¶
Wir bieten Lösungen von der Stange für Aluminiumprofile in den folgenden Größen an. Die meisten davon sind extrudierte Aluminiumprofile mit 8-mm-Nuten.
Neben der Größe sind die Profilflächen entscheidend. Die EasyBrackets klemmen an flachen Flächen mit zugänglichen seitlichen Nuten. Daher ist bei einem gebogenen Profil oder bei einem Profil mit glatten Seiten und Nuten nur oben ausschließlich die 20x20-Option möglich. Das gilt bei 40x80 mm und 1.5x4.5 in; ein glatttes 40x120- oder 40x160-mm-Profil passt zu keiner der beiden Optionen.

Rohrrahmen-Rigs und andere Typen¶
Geschweißte Stahlrohrrahmen haben keine Nuten zum Verschrauben und benötigen eine individuelle Beurteilung. Kontaktieren Sie uns, um sich nach Ihrem Rig zu erkundigen.
Klapprahmen und Kart-ähnliche Low-Chassis sind nicht für das Bewegungssystem geeignet.
Umrüstkits¶
Für einige Rigs gibt es eine fertige Lösung: ein Umrüstkit, das dieses Rig für die Montage des Bewegungssystems adaptiert. Jedes Kit passt exakt zu seinem Rig, daher sind keine Rig-Messungen erforderlich.
ClubSport GT Umrüstkit, für das Fanatec ClubSport GT. Es enthält drei 80x40-Profile, die unter dem Cockpit montiert werden, EasyBrackets sowie die gesamte benötigte Hardware.
Trak Racer Umrüstkit, für den Trak Racer Alpine Racing TRX und TR8 Pro. Deren Rohrchassis bietet keine Profilfläche für die generischen Halterungen; deshalb enthält das Kit vormontierte EasyBrackets sowie einen Satz passend zugeschnittener Aluminiumprofile.
Montageoptionen¶
Wir bieten zwei Optionen zur Montage des Bewegungssystems an Ihrem Rig an:
Satz von vier 20x20 Profilen
Satz von vier EasyBrackets
Die EasyBrackets ermöglichen eine schnellere Installation, aber die Profile sind kostengünstiger und geeignet für kleinere Rigs wie solche mit 40x40 Profilen.
20x20 Profile¶
Der SIMRIG SR2 im Bild unten ist auf einem 40x80-Aluminiumprofil-Rig mit zwei 20x20x780 mm Profilen montiert. Die Profile werden mit Winkeln, T-Nuten und Schrauben am Rig befestigt.
Die Profile sind 780 mm lang; daher die Rig-Breite Begrenzung von 620 mm. Für ein breiteres Rig sind die schwarzen Profile auch in einer 880-mm-Länge erhältlich — die Trak Racer S-Serie wird auf diese Weise montiert.
Vier 20x20 Profile und vier Plastikhalterungen sind erforderlich, um das SIMRIG Bewegungssystem an einem Aluminium-Rig zu befestigen. Diese sind enthalten, wenn die 20x20-Montageoption gewählt wird.
Die vier 20x20 Profile werden paarweise montiert. Zwei an der Vorderseite des Rigs und zwei hinten. Jedes Paar hält zwei SIMRIG Aktuatoren.
Die Plastikhalterungen sind dafür ausgelegt, an eine bestimmte Profilgröße angepasst zu werden. Verschiedene Rigs basieren auf unterschiedlichen Profilen und erfordern daher eine passende Halterung. Halterungen für Ihr gewähltes Profil sind im Lieferumfang enthalten.

Die Profile sind in Silber und Schwarz erhältlich, um zu Ihrem Rig zu passen.
20x20 Profile sind die einzige Option für 40x40 mm Rigs. Sie sind auch eine gute Wahl für weniger stabile Rigs, da die 20x20 Profile eine Grundlage bilden, auf der Ihr Rig montiert wird.
EasyBrackets¶
Die EasyBrackets wurden 2024 als schnellerer Weg zur Installation der SIMRIG SR1-, SR2- und SR3-Bewegungssysteme eingeführt. Die EasyBrackets sind ein Satz aus vier Aluminiumkonsolen, die vormontiert an den Aktuatoren angebracht sind. Sie ermöglichen es, die Aktuatoren an die Seiten des Rigs zu schrauben.

EasyBrackets sind nicht mit 40x40 Rigs kompatibel.
