Kompatybilność riga¶
Systemy ruchu SIMRIG SR1, SR2 i SR3 można zamontować na wielu różnych rigach. Oferujemy rozwiązania „z półki” dla profili aluminiowych (aluminium extrusions) w różnych rozmiarach. Jednak inne typy rigów również mogą być kompatybilne.
Skontaktuj się z nami, aby zapytać o swój rig, albo sprawdź go na liście znanych rigów na końcu tej strony.
Oto kwestie, które należy wziąć pod uwagę niezależnie od konstrukcji riga:
Całkowita masa nie może przekraczać 175 kg dla SR1 (łącznie z kierowcą, rigem i wszystkimi akcesoriami), 225 kg dla SR2 oraz 250 kg dla SR3
Im mniejsza masa, tym lepiej (większa masa oznacza większą bezwładność)
Rig musi być na tyle sztywny, aby wytrzymać siły generowane przez system ruchu
Maksymalna szerokość to 620 mm, chyba że użyte zostaną EasyBrackets (zobacz obraz poniżej)

Rigi oparte na profilach aluminiowych¶
Oferujemy rozwiązania „z półki” dla profili aluminiowych o następujących rozmiarach. Większość z nich to profile aluminiowe z rowkami 8 mm.
Poza samym rozmiarem znaczenie mają ścianki (powierzchnie) profilu. EasyBrackets zaciskają się na płaskich ściankach z dostępnymi bocznymi rowkami, więc profil o zaokrąglonym kształcie albo gładki po bokach z rowkami tylko na górze obsługuje wyłącznie opcję 20x20. Dotyczy to profili 40x80 mm i 1.5x4.5 cala; natomiast gładki profil 40x120 lub 40x160 mm nie pasuje do żadnej z opcji.

Rigi rurowe i inne typy¶
Spawane stalowe ramy rurowe nie mają rowków, do których można się przykręcić, i wymagają indywidualnej oceny. Skontaktuj się z nami, aby zapytać o swój rig.
Składane ramy oraz niskie podwozia w stylu kartingowym nie nadają się do systemu ruchu.
Zestawy konwersyjne¶
Niektóre rigi mają gotowe rozwiązanie: zestaw konwersyjny, który dostosowuje dany rig do montażu systemu ruchu. Każdy zestaw pasuje dokładnie do swojego riga, więc nie są potrzebne żadne pomiary.
Zestaw konwersyjny ClubSport GT, dla Fanatec ClubSport GT. Zawiera trzy profile 80x40 montowane pod kokpitem, EasyBrackets oraz cały wymagany osprzęt.
Zestaw konwersyjny Trak Racer, dla Trak Racer Alpine Racing TRX oraz TR8 Pro. Ich rurowe podwozie nie oferuje odpowiedniej ścianki profilu dla uniwersalnych mocowań, więc zestaw zawiera fabrycznie zamocowane EasyBrackets oraz komplet profili aluminiowych dociętych pod ten rig.
Opcje montażu¶
Oferujemy dwie opcje montażu systemu ruchu do Twojego riga:
Zestaw czterech profili 20x20
Zestaw czterech EasyBrackets
EasyBrackets pozwalają na szybszy montaż, ale profile są bardziej opłacalne i sprawdzają się w mniejszych rigach, takich jak te oparte o profile 40x40.
Profile 20x20¶
SIMRIG SR2 na poniższym zdjęciu jest zamontowany na rigu z profili aluminiowych 40x80 przy użyciu dwóch profili 20x20x780 mm. Profile są przymocowane do riga za pomocą kątowników, nakrętek młoteczkowych (T-nuts) oraz śrub.
Profile mają długość 780 mm; stąd ograniczenie szerokości riga do 620 mm. Dla szerszego riga czarne profile są dostępne także w wersji dociętej na 880 mm — w ten sposób montowana jest seria Trak Racer S.
Do zamocowania systemu ruchu SIMRIG do aluminiowego riga potrzebne są cztery profile 20x20 oraz cztery plastikowe uchwyty. Są one dołączone, jeśli wybrano opcję montażu 20x20.
Cztery profile 20x20 montuje się parami. Dwa z przodu riga i dwa z tyłu. Każda para utrzymuje dwa siłowniki SIMRIG.
Plastikowe uchwyty są zaprojektowane do montażu na profilu o określonym rozmiarze. Różne rigi bazują na różnych profilach, dlatego wymagają dopasowanego uchwytu. Uchwyty dla wybranego przez Ciebie profilu są dołączone do pudełka.

Profile są dostępne zarówno w kolorze srebrnym, jak i czarnym, aby dopasować je do Twojego riga.
Profile 20x20 to jedyna opcja dla rigów 40x40 mm. To także dobra opcja dla mniej sztywnych rigów, ponieważ profile 20x20 tworzą bazę, na której montowany jest rig.
EasyBrackets¶
EasyBrackets wprowadzono w 2024 roku jako szybszy sposób instalacji systemów ruchu SIMRIG SR1, SR2 i SR3. EasyBrackets to zestaw czterech aluminiowych konsol, które są fabrycznie przymocowane do siłowników. Pozwalają one przykręcić siłowniki do boków riga.
